Prescriptions, deliveredComing next
When a vet prescribes a diet or a medicine, it goes into the pet's record. Before it runs out, Pawloka reminds the owner on WhatsApp and lets them reorder from the seller they choose.
The food or medicine goes into the pet's record, with the amount and how long it should last.
A few days ahead, the owner gets a WhatsApp message with the same item ready to reorder.
Their own clinic, a licensed pharmacy or a pet store, each showing its price and delivery time.
The owner pays through a payment link, and the seller packs and delivers the order.
The assistant never suggests food or medicine on its own. It reorders exactly what is in the record.
Medicines come only from clinics and pharmacies with a drug licence, against a valid prescription.
A seller sees the prescription it is filling, with the owner's consent, and nothing else in the record.
Every seller shows its price and delivery time side by side. Owners can always buy from their own clinic.
